2020 Jan-June Mini Catalog Launch

Shareable Image

It’s always a happy day when I get to share beautiful new product!  I LOVE the holiday season and when it ends I get really sad.  I can’t think of anything better to beat those blues than with a whole new catalog full of beautiful new product!  There are so many great suites in this catalog that cover holidays and events occurring in the next several months.  I can’t wait to highlight each and every one!  We will start the year off with Peaceful Poppies (featured not the cover) because don’t we all need peace after the busy holiday season??  I’ve got some great things to share for Valentine’s Day and I think, after Valentine’s Day, when it’s cold and dreary and we are all wishing winter would end we will have a Winter Tropic celebration.  Doesn’t that sound dreamy?

The big day is tomorrow.  The catalog will be live to view on my website (click the tab at the top of the page) or contact me if prefer a printed copy.  I’m telling you all this today because tomorrow I will be back to tell you all about this years Sale-A-Bration!!!

Come back bright and early tomorrow to find out more

Happy New Year! 20/20 Vision

Wow!  I just can’t believe another year has come and gone and here we are standing at the beginning of a whole new decade!

I have seen many references to the year 2020 regarding clear vision 20/20.  I love that!  There are so many things I have on my To Do Bucket List this year that I have decided to write them down.  I have always been a visual/tactile learning.  I need to see it (sometimes daily) and it helps me to do something with my hands to make it stick into my brain (such as writing it down and taking notes).  I have never been one to keep a journal but I am a BIG time list maker.  So, lets make some lists of what I want to accomplish this year in my creative life:

  1.  Lots of cards.  Lots and Lots (that’s an easy one, something I always do) but this year I want to actually mail them! ha!
  2. Classes.  I have always wanted to teach stamping and card making classes.  I talk about doing it but I have never really reached out and tried to do it.  I’m writing it here for accountability.  This year I’m going to do it!
  3. Stitching and Sewing.  I’m bringing it back into my life soF you may see posts from time to time on my projects.  Just for fun and to add a little mix because, why not?
  4. Fairs & Markets.  I love to go to them.  I actually had a booth over the holidays in one local market to see how I liked it and I had a lot of fun.  I hope to do more of that this year.

I think that is a good start.  So, I hope you had a beautiful Christmas season with your family and friends.  I sure did!   Now I’m ready to kick this year off with a bang.  Only a couple more days til the new Jan-June Mini Catalog is released and Sale-A-Bration!  I’ll be back to share more details!

2019-2020 Annual Catalog is here!!

Oh Wow!  I cannot believe its already June!  This year is just flying by so fast!  However, instead of dwelling over things I could have shared before but didn’t, let’s just dust ourselves off and pick up and try this again.  Today is the launch of the new Stamping’ Up annual catalog. I am really excited over the content of this catalog!  Mourning the retired products never lasts that long because I can’t help but be so inspired by the new stuff and I have to say that this years catalog has so much inspiration!  Honestly, I think I want to set a goal to recreate every bit of artwork.  Oh, that could get me into some serious trouble.  No way could I ever purchase every stamp set; however, maybe if we get creative we can use every idea in some form or fashion as inspiration for what we do have.  Hmmm, something to think about.

Meanwhile, I wanted to share this really fun video Stampin’ Up put together for us to share.  It’s really short but you will want to hop right up and get to crafting after you see this fun inspirational piece!

Isn’t that fun?  Let’s make this year the best stamping year yet.  I’m excited about setting new goals for myself and planning out projects and content.  My number one goal this year is consistency.  Not perfection. I miss out on so much when I get hung up on perfection.  That isn’t fun at all!!  Let’s get crafty and make pretty things 🙂
